In order to make Turkey a center of attraction in the field of higher education, the “Goal-Oriented Internationalization in Higher Education” report, which includes the studies carried out within the scope of the Internationalization Strategy Document in Higher Education, and covers the five-year targets for the years 2018-2022, was published.

In this booklet, in which the Goal-Oriented Internationalization policies of the new YÖK (Ministry of Higher Education) are explained, there are historical perspectives on the internationalization of higher education in Turkey, as well as brief information from the studies of countries that have achieved success in this field around the world.

In addition, during the pandemic period in 2020, fast, dynamic, and flexible decisions taken for international students in our country and Turkish students studying abroad, with the sense of trust in our country, our institutions and each other, are also expressed in the booklet.
